EXECUTIV SUMMARY

Adrian Lundquist has a master's degree in Industrial Engineering. He wrote his Bachelor Thesis about Lean Management at Volvo Car Group in Gothenburg (Sweden) and also a practice-oriented master's thesis at Daimler AG about international knowledge transfer.

 

At Nordnet Bank AB in Stockholm he gained initial experience in the field of European knowledge transfer. Through a project work at the Handelshögskolan in Stockholm, he demonstrated the economics of knowledge transfer projects in the banking sector.

 

In Switzerland, he took over the introduction of standards and methods for securing knowledge and implementing Lean Management methods at Georg Fischer AG.

 

In the Hansen Group (Rommelag CMO), he has carried out projects in the area of pharmaceutics in terms of lean and knowledge transfer, taking the GMP guidelines into account.
